The Opportunity

The Club Construction Fund invests in loans to licensed clubs where the Environmental, Social or Governance (ESG) considerations or credit policy of traditional bank financiers, prohibits their participation or results in the provision of sub optimal terms.

Investment Objective

Interest rates and terms on each individual loan provided by the Club Construction Fund are set by the Investment Committee based on prevailing market conditions, borrower financial position, loan purpose, security type (including location), and other deal specific factors.

Investments presented by the Fund may suit investors seeking a high yield return with a moderate to high risk tolerance who don’t require short term liquidity, as an investment in real estate debt is an illiquid asset class.

Investment Strategy

The Club Construction Fund will employ an investment strategy focused on direct lending to Australian based licensed clubs.

As a contributory mortgage fund, investors are presented with investment options and choose those investments that suit their individual risk appetite.
